:- Reselling for Devices, products and peripherals. Delivery charges based on the location and products, please refer to each product details. 
:- Also, Reselling the digital products, software and ebooks which is available for download, shipping charges is FREE for this categories.



For Physical Item :

Shipping Charges : Store- wide Free Shipping for purchase above RM 50.

We categorized the items shipment to two (2) categories :

:- Self-Pick Up at 90+ nationwide collection points.

We're partnering with local courier companies to ship the goods to your nearest collection point for some higher value item, e.g : mobile phone, computers and etc.

Up to date, there're estimate 90+ collection point at Malaysia. 

Some customers might prefer to have self collect due to the daily busy schedule, so our customers can have the option for any item which prefer to have self collect.

: Deliver to door step

For others item which we think it could be very safe to deliver to your door steps, we will ship directly to your address.

However, you might be busy or not around, you can still have options to collect at the nearest collection point.

For Digital Software License :
The Download Link will be available at the My Accounts -> My Orders, available for 7 days and limited to 3 maximum downloads. While the License Key will be delivered to you within 24 hours after the Payment Processed. If you didn't receive the License Key more than 24 hours after the payment processed, please contact us.
For Ebooks Purchase :
The Download Link will be available at the My Accounts -> My Orders, available for 7 days and limited to 3 maximum downloads.

Satisfaction Guaranteed & Refund Policy 
 
All the products sold at TAKEAWARE.com is eligible for a 7 days cooling off period, you can return within 7 days upon delivery, except for those with Contract / Agreement, e.g : Domain Registration. 

Discrepancy & dispute should be reported within three ( 3 ) days from the date of delivered date ( The date our customers received the products ).


All the Refund Request must reach us within the cooling off period from the Invoice Date, and the refund will be made within 7 days upon the receive of the return of the products.
