What is Frikandellendag?

Frikandellendag originated in the Netherlands and is now celebrated every year on 4 February. It is the day when we put the frikandel in the spotlight and give extra attention to this snack cherished by many. It is the ideal occasion to eat a portion of frikandel, whether you are at home, in a snack bar or in a restaurant.
